About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Talent Attraction to build and lead a comprehensive Talent Attraction Program that supports PTW’s growth and long-term workforce strategy.
This role is responsible for developing a scalable, data-driven recruitment function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP, Strategy and People, the Director of Talent Attraction will establish best-in-class recruiting processes, employer branding initiatives, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines to attract high-performing talent. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking talent leader who can build scalable recruiting systems, elevate teams, and produce measurable business impact through hiring excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and support long-term growth planning.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach, diversity recruiting initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
- Strengthen and elevate the company’s employer brand across digital platforms, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Optimize recruitment processes, technology, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Implement data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Enhance candidate experience to ensure a best-in-class recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Champion AI-driven and predictive hiring solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making in the recruitment process.
- Build strategic partnerships with external agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies in all hiring practices.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in full cycle talent attraction and recruitment.
- 7+ years leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
- Proven experience designing and executing scalable talent attraction strategies.
- Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent analytics.
- Experience implementing and optimizing ATS and HR technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPHR designation or working toward a CPHR designation is an asset.
